Initial Consultation
We will meet for our initial on-site in-person consultation to discuss your project. We will review layout options, any electives (bathroom, bar, theater, gym, storage, play rooms, bedrooms, etc), material options, and any other specifics to your project.

Proposal & Renderings
Using the information accumulated from our initial meeting, we will prepare you with a written proposal as well as 2d or 3d renderings of your space. We will review the proposal and renderings with you, to determine if there are any changes to be made

Permits & Material Finalization
After your initial deposit is received, we will apply for permits (if applicable) and all selections for your project will be made and finalized. The supplies and materials will be ordered for your project!

Construction
The construction phase begins! Our expert craftsman will put their skills to work. During this phase we will be in constant contact to keep you up to date with the happenings of your project.

Final Walk Through
Your project is now complete! We have every basement professionally cleaned after the construction phase is completed. We will review all the completed project with you as well to make sure we’ve crossed every “t” and dotted every “i”!
