Industrial Style Basement Finish
KPS Finished Basements completed this Royersford, Pennsylvania basement finish featuring an industrial theme. One of the highlights of this basement is a custom bar that was designed to meet our client’s dreams. The exposed ductwork ceiling was painted black to aid in the industrial style. The bar cabinetry features barn wood accents from a local salvaged barn. The concrete countertops were made in house for this project. Additionally, with the accent lighting, kegerator and beverage cooler, you’ll feel like you’re enjoying a night out, all in the comfort of your own home!
Another great feature in this finished basement is a wine cellar that you’ll see as you enter down the stairs. Our client also requested a custom-built record stand, that was built with the reclaimed barn wood to match the bar. In addition, you’ll find a comfy living area, wall-to-wall laminate flooring, a custom white brick accent wall, a full bathroom and a bedroom.
