In addition to the main living space and children’s play area, there is also a spacious bedroom and exercise room.
There is a built-in entertainment center with accent lighting and shiplap accents. The entertainment area is equipped with Sonos home theater equipment.
The full bathroom has access from both the bedroom and the living area, which is extremely convenient for overnight guests. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was used throughout the entire basement.
