Upper Providence Basement Renovation

The bar area features a full wet bar with plenty of seating along the peninsula. There is a Murphy door for storage leading into the unfinished area. The walk-up style bar is easily accessible for all guests to enjoy during their visit. Both bars utilize beautiful light gray cabinetry with colonial white polished granite.
The living area is extremely spacious and has room to host all of your guests during movie night.
The game area features a built-in electric fireplace and a wall mounted pool cue rack that matches the paneling installed throughout the basement.
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring was installed throughout. The stairs were updated with new modern railing and balusters, as well as new carpet.
