The bar was built into an alcove that was existing from the home’s original footprint. No detail was skipped with the cabinetry, floating shelves and backsplash that accent the beautiful granite countertops. The dual-zone beverage center is centrally placed, so your guests can easily access their favorite drink. The sink is another feature that makes all the difference for cleanup after your guests leave. There won’t be any need to carry items up and down the stairs.
The home gym has 2 access points, at the bottom of the stairs as well as from the living area. There are beautiful pocket doors that allow the natural light to flood into the space. With the high ceilings, a fan was the perfect addition to this gym.
The bathroom features a shower stall with stunning tile work. The is plenty of space for storage in the linen closet, and guests will be thrilled they don’t have to travel up the stairs.
Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the space with hard wood retro tread stairs.
