Is it possible to add a full bathroom if my basement doesn't have existing plumbing?
Yes. Even without “rough-in” plumbing, we can add a bathroom by safely cutting into the concrete floor to install new drainage lines or by using a sewage ejector pump system to move waste up to your main sewer line.
How do you maximize space in a small basement half-bath?
We use design tricks such as pocket doors to save floor space, wall-mounted vanities to keep the floor visible and make the room feel larger, and strategic lighting or bold accent walls to give the small space a high-end, intentional feel.
